Our 70 sqm flat is completely new and our speciality as well as our concern is to design "healthy living". This means: walls & colours made of lime plaster and oiled solid oak parquet. Our special flat has 2 separate bedrooms "Amber" and "Terra", each with a double bed (180x200cm and 160x200 with high-quality mattresses), a view of the garden and the option of a home office. The bedrooms can be darkened if required. The bathroom is equipped with a modern towel radiator, a spacious and illuminated mirror, a Raindance shower, a window and a washing machine.
The fully equipped open-plan kitchen also has a dishwasher and a large oven with ceramic hob above. The kitchen is discreetly integrated into the spacious living and dining area. The dining table with space for up to 8 people forms the centre of the room. Together with the floor-to-ceiling window front with access to the outside and a view of the garden as well as the cosy love seat and the chilled sofa, this room creates an ingenious oasis of well-being.
